Please contribute to the Chronicle Season of Sharing Fund today. Your donation will help reduce homelessness and hunger in the Bay Area by providing individuals and families with one-time, critical needs and housing assistance and supporting area food banks to help those who might otherwise go hungry.
Every day, the Fund receives new requests for assistance from people who have been laid off from their jobs, whose hours have been cut and whose homes have gone into foreclosure. Your contribution will allow us to continue to make a difference in these people’s lives so they can get through their current crises and begin to build a better future.
Contributions are tax-deductible, and because all administrative costs are covered by the San Francisco Chronicle and the Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund, we use every cent of every dollar we raise to help our neighbors in need.
We value each and every contribution. To express our gratitude, we will publish your name (with your permission) in the San Francisco Chronicle (and, for major gifts of $1,500 or more, on our web site and in our annual report).
The Fund accepts contributions year-round. Please send your donation at any time online or via mail.
